Getting the Most from Technology to Strengthen the Patient – Site Relationship, Reduce Burden on Site Staff, and Pave the Way for the Use of AI
Room: 341+342
Technology & Data Platforms
Information
Session chaired by Bruce Hellman
Description:
Sites today often use 12+ technology systems to manage each study, placing additional burden on busy staff, and taking time away from the most critical relationship – that between the patient and the site.
This interactive session will share learnings, case studies and discuss practical ways sites can use today’s modern technology to bolster the site-patient relationship and reduce the burden of managing studies. Delegates will be asked to share their experience through polls and open Q&A throughout the interactive session.
The session will also address the hot topic of AI, and explore where it can be thoughtfully and safely used within the constraints of a GCP-compliant clinical trial.
