Learning Objectives:

Leaders can understand the importance of self-awareness by consciously acknowledging the role of emotional intelligence in our day to day interactions

Leaders with strong empathy can connect with their team members on a deeper level, making them more effective in building trust, supporting employee well-being, and addressing concerns before they escalate

Emotionally intelligent leaders are often highly motivated, driven by a sense of purpose and passion for their work. They can inspire the same level of motivation in their teams, leading to greater engagement, higher performance, and a stronger sense of communication

EI enhances a leader’s ability to communicate in ways that are clear, empathetic, and engaging. Leaders who understand the emotional state of their team can tailor their messages to resonate more effectively, fostering trust and reducing misunderstandings
